Martin M\u00fcller organised the competition together with the BVDKS board and with the support of the local Dance Company e.V.<\/p>\n<section>\n<h2>Joint set-up and opening<\/h2>\n<p>Many participants arrived on Friday, helped with the set-up and then met at a local pizzeria. Most stayed at the Hotel Vinicity next to the hall. The opening ceremony followed a joint breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>The planned dance performance by the Dance Company had to be cancelled due to earlier water damage. Instead, Mykola and Vlad performed a synchronised juggling routine. DJ Stefan C. Maus provided the music; Arnold S. and G\u00fcnther Bauch shared the hosting.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>Youth, half marathon and professional class<\/h2>\n<p>The numerous half marathon starts demanded a great deal of concentration from the judges. Olivia Rasigraf had refreshed her knowledge beforehand.<\/p>\n<p>Many young people from Stolberg qualified for international competitions with their performances. To support their participation, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betterplace.org\/de\/projects\/134958?utm_campaign=user_share&amp;utm_medium=ppp_sticky&amp;utm_source=Link\">fundraising campaign for the young athletes<\/a> was set up.<\/p>\n<p>A group from a CrossFit box delivered strong performances. Swiss athletes around Michael Antoni also secured podium places. Jewgenii Seip and Alina Heger took part as para lifters.
