Getting started
Which competition suits you?
Your first competition
Look for beginner classes, suitable weights and, where available, shorter time formats. Discuss with your coach or the organiser which competition matches your training level.
Your next challenge
Check whether your discipline and performance class are offered. A regional competition is a chance to build competition routine and experience your development on the platform.
Together as a team
Travel together, support each other during the attempts and get to know other training groups. Information for spectators and companions is available from the respective organiser.
What does “open” mean? The name alone does not tell you all the entry requirements. Check the competition announcement to see who may compete and which classes are offered.
Three steps to your competition
Find a date · Check the announcement · Complete registration
Compare location and date, choose your discipline and competition class, and note the entry deadline, entry fees and the intended registration method.
