From 17 to 21 April 2024, around 227 athletes from 17 nations came together for the IUKL European Championships in Paris. The German team was represented by twelve athletes and provided two judges.

Podium places for youth and relay

In the overall ranking, the German youth team took third place. Numerous donations had made their participation possible. The team would like to thank all supporters very much.

The team relays were also exciting: in the long cycle, Germany took third place, and in the jerk relay fourth place.

430 starts at the Stade Bertrand Dauvin

The mayor of the 18th arrondissement welcomed the international federations and their athletes to the Stade Bertrand Dauvin. Under the auspices of the International Union of Kettlebell Lifting (IUKL), spectators saw a total of 430 starts in various disciplines over three days of competition.

In addition to the competitions, the European Championships offered an opportunity for international exchange. There was also time for a visit to the Eiffel Tower and other Parisian sights.
