On 13 September 2025, 39 athletes from all over Germany competed at the Rhein-Main-Cup in Ober-Olm. Turnverein Ober-Olm organised the competition together with the BVDKS.
Competitions for all performance classes
The Rhein-Main-Cup is a fixture in the German kettlebell sport calendar. The programme included biathlon, jerk, long cycle, snatch, military snatch and half marathon.
For beginners, there were five-minute short sets with intermediate weights, so new athletes could gain their first competition experience.
Youth and inclusion
Numerous children competed with enthusiasm and were delighted with their medals. Two para lifters also took part. The audience honoured their performances with great respect and applause.
The day of competition combined sporting performance with community, fairness and the joy of kettlebell sport.
